Salary: £21,000 – £25,000 per year

We are looking for Finance Administrator to join our team at our office in Bedford. You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating invoices, financial information, and legal documents, identifying errors and assisting with negotiating settlements with landlords or their managing agents.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

· Ability to question, challenge and make decisions based on data and facts

· Strong analytical and exploratory skills

· Highly Numerate, ideally with experience witin  finance or accountancy 

· Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload

· Process driven

· Strong attention to detail /accuracy

· MS Excel – intermediate to advanced level

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In return we are offering a salary from £21,000 to £25,000 per annum, flexible working, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, annual performance-related bonus, company pension scheme, life assurance, and a host of exciting social events!
