When it comes to Transparency and Value for Money in the service charge world, the UK outscores Ireland. That’s the verdict when comparing the Assure Survey with the recently published Retail Excellence in Ireland – Shopping Centre Review.

The majority of those surveyed for the REI review indicated that the approach to service charge management was Non-Transparent and offered poor value for money. The greatest difference was on transparency.

I wonder, if there was greater transparency and sharing of information (and best practice), it might lead to better value for money.
