Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

We are looking for a Service Charge Consultant to join our expanding team. This opportunity sits within one of our Account Management teams that provide lease expense auditing and management services across our client group. You will be ambitious, highly motivated, and have a real desire and drive to progress and develop your career at Assure.
This is a client interfacing role, and requires a candidate with considerable experience of reviewing lease agreements, analysing data, and identifying, pursuing, and concluding savings opportunities.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
· Ability to question, challenge and make decisions based on data and facts
· Strong analytical, exploratory & problem solving skills
· Highly Numerate
· Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload
· Process driven
· Strong attention to detail /accuracy
· Skilled user of all MS Office applications with MS Excel – intermediate to advanced level. Power BI desireable
· Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills

In return we are offering a salary from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, flexible working, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, annual performance-related bonus, company pension scheme, life assurance, and a host of exciting social events!
